The Phoenix Rising Publications Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Phoenix Rising Publications ("Phoenix Rising Publications "), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Phoenix Rising Publications' failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Phoenix Rising Publications may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Life Coaching Services Disclaimer
By accessing Touchstone Life Coaching Services with A.J. Mahari and consenting to any influence into your life in anyway by A.J. Mahari you are giving your agreement to this terms of service disclaimer. You agree to release A.J. Mahari from any and all liability. You agree to assume 100% responsibility and liability and to not bring or cause any form of litigation or defamation against A.J. Mahari. Touchstone Life Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari do not make any guarantees or claims as to results and there are no refunds on any life coaching service(s). A.J. Mahari has fairly and accurately represented herself as a life coach whose expertise is based upon her own life experience, research, and opinions. A.J. Mahari is not a Mental Health Professional or therapist. A.J. Mahari cannot diagnose any condition or potential illness nor can she give any advice or counsel about any medications or questions or concerns related to any medications.
As a Life Coach A.J. Mahari cannot be expected to, nor is she qualified to, respond to any suicidal/homicidal threats/behaviour, self-harm, para-suicidal crisis or crisis or emergency of any other kind. If you are in crisis or at any risk it is your responsibility, not the responsibility of A.J. Mahari, to get in immediate contact with your therapist and/or doctor and/or go to the emergency department of your nearest hospital to seek immediate professional help.
A.J. Mahari reserves the right to refuse service or the continuation of service - including services paid for - to anyone at anytime when it is deemed that continuing the life coach/client relationship is not ethically in the best interests of either the client and/or A.J. Mahari. All purchased life coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Individual experience and results of life coaching will vary depending on the nature of the client concerns and whether or not the client takes personal responsibility to engage the experience, feedback, and opinions of A.J. Mahari or not. Therefore, Touchstone Life Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari cannot be held liable in any case whatsoever where a client claims that they did not attain any given specified or expected result from accessing said services. Touchstone Life Coaching Services are confidential. No personal information or history is shared with anyone. The only exception (exception A) to this is in the case of threats that a client may make against him/herself or someone else and in the case of any disclosed child abuse. In these cases and only where there is a duty to report what may be illegal activity would confidentiality be waived. Touchstone Life Coaching Services and A.J. Mahari do not share any personal information, email addresses, or telephone numbers with anyone ever outside of Exception A.
